Poo-ing....I just go and there is nothing..just pushed, pushed till i thought my veins were gonna pop out..I just can't seem to shit....I did the fiber thing..took the medicines..NOTHING.. I tried pushing while my mom held my hand...i bit my shirt..NOTHING,..

I bet gay people don't have this problem..they just aim and it pours out..

When sitting on the toilet. Pull your shoulders down against your knees and BM.

You will feel the difference this position makes. Not only does more come out, it comes out faster and easier. You should ALWAYS BM like this. NEVER BM sitting straight up on a toilet.
