Go See what that place can offer you. WHat will be the size of land you'd like to purchase? How long it will take to build the home? Would you have to be present to watch the house be built?IF your absent who could cover for you? Deciding who will constructed it for you. Material costs.Will you live in the city or the outskirts? etcetcetc.. or maybe buy a farm lol
