Galol: I'm lost here, mate. You said that the sons of Adam and Eve married to their sisters.
My question is: what sisters? According to the Bible, we have Adam. Then God takes a rib from Adam and creates Eve. They have the episode of the apple and they're fired off the Paradise. Then they have three sons: Abe, Cain and Lot. Cain kills Abe, so we have Cain and Lot.
Unless Cain and Lot fukk their own mother (the Bible doesn't say a word about this), there's no way a lineage could exist.
But the Bible (again) is like a magician taking out a rabbit from the hat: It goes:
"Then Cain left the place and married women from other tribes".
What women? What other tribes? Wasn't it supposed that Adam and Eve were the first people on Earth? Where all this tribes came from? Suddenly.
If we want to be exact, we have to go to the sources. The Bible quotes The Torah, Al Quran quotes the Bible, and The Torah says exactly the same thing: "Cain left and met women from other tribes".
Hence: Or the Adam & Eve story is a metaphore of something, or it's a pure fairy tale.
When I asked about Adam and Eve in the school, the old priest used to tell me: "It's a matter of faith: you take it or leave it. But if you leave it, you're an unbeliever, and that is a sin". I for sure, decided not to believe in the Adam & Eve theory, because it's phisically impossible. It goes against the laws of intelligence. I decided to look for the answer for myself. And, for me, science is the best way to understand the things for oneself. I believe, because I can see it, and touch it, in the homo habilis, homo erectus, homo neardenthalis and the evolution theory.
