I've been studying what little you can see of the grille, and it doesn't look like a Mitsu, either. It resembles an older model Infiniti, but the headlamps are distinctively non Western, so I can't tell.
Jesus! Are those Somalis? They simply can't be! Why, they have gotten so dark. When we lived in Mogadishu, the Somalis i knew didn't look like that. Are you sure that's not some village in the Congo?
