What I don't understand is WHO IS RESPONSIBLE for Hizbollah? The Lebonise government although with several Hizbollah ministers said they're blameless of Hizbollah cross-border raid that set-off this latest violent outburst. How can a soveriegn nation have independent militia in it's country especially one that is capable of causing wars?
