The region is inhabited by somalis of all tribes and if you combine the other somali clans there, they outnumber the ogadens. I don't recall me cheering for the Ethiopians. I don't particularly like the highlanders and I think the Ogaden SHOULD be part of Somalia. But it is not and asked will it ever become so. He did not ask do I think it should become so.
