Is it me or if a country is located in Africa or the Middle East. For some strange reason, their IQ'S tend to be a bit low?

Today I was reading Time Magazine, on the cover was the 26th President of The United States of America Theodore Roosevelt. He was a man who suffered from such great loss, but had the determination and will to succeed and help the land that he was born in.

Why can't other people that reside in African and Middle Eastern countries do the same? Without acting like blatant savages. Killing one another because of tribal differences. I am sick of this that is why I believe that women should be in control of Somalia. No I am not talking about the single, uneducated mothers. But the educated professional women of Somalia.

What do you think? We have let our hands rest solely on a man's guidance; it is time for a change.

2. And they (women) have rights similar to those (of men) over them in kindness, and men are a degree above them [2:228].

In the Qu'ran written in English aren't "logical" and can be misinterpreted and the true essence is lost. That is why people should learn to read in Arabic. Allah makes both men and women equal. Believe me, it is that of men that change things for their own purposes. But the Qu'ran is 100% accurate.
