It is some small town in Galgaduud, maybe about 30-40 miles from Gelinsoor. From what I heard, Sh. Aweys had no intentions of setting up a court there & did not leave much of a force there, because it provides little strategic use to anyone.

I am really very disappointed by Sheikh SharifÂ’s comments about the Lower Shebelle. Shebelle House canÂ’t be compare to Puntland and Somaliland. These two self-established governments are chosen democratically by their own people, who are the native of those regions, but we all know what is going on in Shebelle and how those outsiders treat the local people and impose rules and regulations which are against the will of those unarmed/minority and peace-loving society. The Islamic Courts should liberate Lower Shebelle without any condition and also move to Kismaayo and Jubada Dhexe (Bu'aale) before it is too late, otherwise their revolution will disappear as Muse Sudi disappeared in Kaaraan.
