I discovered the land of punt

Postby Somaliman% » Tue Sep 12, 2006 12:55 pm

i recently went to egypt...and i saw a whole place in luxor dedicated to puntland and the ancient history between the pharoahs and the people of puntland....queen Hatshepsut visited puntland.. and theres a even a small tree and plants from puntland given as presents to the queen..also many pictures... this woman visited places not far from current boosaaso...
i didnt know somalia had so much history....especially puntland...

does this mean we'r egyptians? nubians? kos the nubian people of egypt look very much like somalis...???

According to the Ancient Egyptians, the second Egyptian ruling ethnic/class's ancestral homeland was Punt (Somalia). They referred to this land as "Ta Nteru" ('Land of the gods'). To emphasize their Puntite origins, the Egyptians portrayed the Puntites in the exact same manner in which they portrayed themselves.
This new ruling ethnic/class called themselves

Hatshepsut was a female who is always depicted with a beard. Cleopatra was Greek. Razz

Please tell me the ingredients and where in dhabayaco land can you find them? Then we shall talk whether it was Bosaso or Xafun where the ships sailed to.

Interesting theory, Elamites going down from the gulf to puntland then to
egypt via the red sea?

I never linked the Elamties, with Tyros, byblos or the phoenecians nor the cananites,

but that links them all, along with Puntites and the First dynasty.
