A 20-year-old man who robbed and raped a teenage boy has been jailed for a minimum of four years.
Shucyb Mohammed Osman was found guilty of the crimes against his 16-year-old victim at a recent trial.

What he did was dispicable.
Faisah be merciful dont condemn his entire qabil because of his conduct. Blame the act on him because right now the punishment belongs to only him.
