"MAD MAC" MUST BE BANNED FROM THIS FORUM

I am very disappointed to see in this forum comments of someone with nickname MAD MAC - a non Somali and even not a muslim - that's offended Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) by telling that the Prophet (peace be upon him) was a "rapist" who has raped women. He went on and said he (the Prophet) was an "opportunist".

As a Somali and a member of SomaliNet forum for many years I strongly raccommend that such a person must be banned from our SomaliNet forum and his comments must be immediately deleted. He made those comments in a thread under topic ISLAM IN SPAIN.

He is trying to undermine our Islamic values and religion by insulting the greatest Prophet peace be upon him in a forum run and administred by Somali people. This should not happen, and if it happens it is really a shame.

Insulting the prophet must not be tolerated.

Mac Mad is the essence of Somalinet. If you don't like his point of view, just discuss with him, but don't ask Moderators to ban him. As he says, day in day out Muslims all over the world are burning American flags, cheering at the death of American soldiers and insulting USA. For him, those things are as sacred as Islam is for you. Would you ask someone to be banned because he's insulting the United States?

Just fight him with reasons, good discussions and good points, not asking for him to be banned because of his ideas. This is a free country.

And sometimes, Mad Mac has his point. And more, he was here since the very beginning of Somalinet. I find weird you didn't read him before...

There is a difference between discussion and insult. You must understand that.

And that is why the Moderators put the ABUSE reporting feature in this forum.

Although I know you are enemy of Islam and the Muslims, those of you who are not insulting the Greatest Prophet peace be upon him and our religion but raising their different point of view we'll still continue discussing with them. We have no problem with that at all.

But Moderators of this forum should not tolerate insulting the Prophet. It is disgusting and unacceptable.

It tells how ignorant is someone who insults the prophet regardless of what faith he beleives or even being athiest.

It is even worse insulting the prophet in a forum where Muslim Somali community are discussing and chatting each other..

I strongly urgue the SomaliNet Moderators to ban that Member from this forum and delete all of his postings. He is a real abuser. And what an abuse: insulting the Prophet. It is very sad if he continues here abusing us all.

Who told you that I'm a enemy of Islam and Muslims? The fact that I'm a Westerner doesn't make me mathematically enemy of anything. All those prejudices make your points to lose worth for me. We were just discussing about Islam in Spain and Mad Mac was another forumer giving his point of view. That's all. He said he was based on historical facts. Prove he's wrong and you'll get the point.
