Sir-Luggoyo its very helpful for the icu to have sacads on their side because:

Sacads are a heavily armed clan, with an extenisve weapon stockpile.
They are one of the few sub sub clans that have many fighters.
The area they inhabit falls close proximity with puntland, the icu can use sacad as a staging post to attack mj if need be.
Somali's 3rd largest city, Galkayo is halfed controlled by sacads as well as other key ports such as hobyo within central somalia.

To have sacad on ur side is one less enemy the icu don't have to deal with.
