The whole report is baseless. Maybe they wrote it over a pub lunch with Buubaa and the speaker of fake government. It is the most ridiculous piece of garbage ever. But then again, IÂ’m not surprised. Those UN agencies have been complicit in whatÂ’s been happening in Somalia for the past 15years.
