Imagine cawar finish the nurse mission head home and got work in mogadisho hospital.
This sick guy calls for nurse hoping to see some pretty one to come to his aid and brother one eyed appears from no where saying how can i help.

caaadi no problem, my 2 aunts and 3 cousins are nurses
im sure you will get along fine with them.

Medical school ahaa waar cawar is over 40 he use to chew with hobalada back in the 80s haduu medical ku jiro 3 yrs u hadhsiin waa world oldest freshman.
