You are confusing two things. Ethiopia is not the one in trouble. Meles Regime is in trouble facing heavy Amhara opposition.

But one thing you must know is that Ethiopian political transition is always orderly. Even in the most trying political and military cirmucstances. And their strategic aims are permanent.

Somalia is populated by people whose political conciousness has regressed alarmingly to prehistoric levels. They are ripe for the picking.
