As I understand the story:
A Rabbi asked to display a menorah beside the Christmas tree at the airport. Rather than comply, the airport cose to remove the Christmas tree. According to their spokesman, they felt that, if they displayed the menorah they should also display symbols representing Kwanza, the solstice people, and anyone else with religious celebrations at this time of the year. They say there just isn't time to get it all worked out , but they will do something about it next year.
In case you haven't heard, the Rabbi, and he says the majority of American Jews, want the Christmas tree back up.
