WOULD YOU ATTEND ALCOHOLICS ANNONYMOUS IF U WERE A DRUNK?

Postby LionHeart-112 » Mon Dec 11, 2006 3:43 pm

I think it's really weak when you can't quit some thing on your own..it's true that i have a little problem and that alcohol is a little more difficult to quit than cigarettes..but i think i can do it on my own..

have u attended such meetings?

basra, i know u are a regulra member of Overeaters Annonymous...what do u say?

dude, how can you not quite drinking man? All you gotta do is stop! Smoking is much harder to quit, i mean i dont smoke but I "dip" and I dont know, i find i crave for nicotine but not for alcohol.

I have a friend of mine who goes to AA and the only thing about them is that it is a support group. There is nothing special about AA, trust me cuz my buddy still gets wasted on an hourly basis Laughing

That's perfect. Thats pretty much all i drink.

I started drinking to enhance the effect of my medications....i don't really care for alcohol by itself....

I would have quit the medications but i kinda, sorta need them to stay sane.

Sky isn't so bad man. You see, when you're under 21 like me, you get your shyt free. All you gotta do is show up at a party, and BAM. Free liquor. And there is a party, somewere, every weekend garunteed.

Hey man, it sukks you get paranoid with weed dude. That shyt makes me feel so fukkin happy, I didn't know it got other people paranoid.

I dont know about the other drugs. I've only done weed and acid, and I dont recommend acid if you're having mental problems. Man I was tripping off that shyt for at least three days. Fukkin dragon kept chasing me and shyt Laughing

No-- i will not. However i will see a Psychiatrist; All alcoholics usually have one thing in common: They ALL want to surpress some sort of aspect in their life that they want to escape from.A big Elephant in the room if you will. To get to the roots of ALL problems, an alcoholic has got to stop running, He has to face his pathetic life--red on.This pathetic need to drink until you drop down uinconscious, pee on yourself & loose your teeth is pathetic. Alcoholism is just a bi-product of an under-lining issue or issues that has got to be taken cared off before Going to AA meeting & saying- Hi' I am Khadar....I am an alcoholic! . Sad Laughing

PS: Lionheart-- u know what u should do now ma ha ?? Face your homosexuality! Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing
