This is a very interesting tale. I have never heard this but of course I know all about the Cali Saleemaan and their historical grievance against Maxamuud Saleemaan. They believe that the Boqornimo rightfully belongs to them and consider the Maxamuud Saleemaan boqors as Usurpers.

There is a deep-seated hatred there. Normally I would say this kind of thing is harmless and would not cause division between brothers but then I remember the fact that when Dable Siciid Yuusuf Ismaaciil gunned down Cabdirashiid Cali Sharmaarke, Somali president, It was for a grudge between his Cali Saleemaan family and Cismaan Maxamuud that went back to the mists of time.
