The ministry of Health in Jabuuti regulates brothels, prostitutes, both male and female. There are plenty of both kinds in the country evidently.

They issue the female hookers Carte Bordel( brothel Card?)

They issue the gay fockers with something called Carte Pede( Homosexual Card?)

They keep track of both of these kinds of poor unfortunate wretches.

Are they humane or are they a debauched and immoral society?

there are lots of ethiopian prostitute in djibouti and since cabdulahi yusuf is prostituting for the ethiopians he can always come to djibouti for future jobs.

will give him the best window close to the american and french base.

I have said here countlessly-- the French Wannabe nation of Djibouti are the flithiest things that was ever exported from East Africa. We also have lots of Dirty Djiboutians here in Somalinet who claim to be isaaq. X-Playa, Qudhac(although his mother is abgaal), Hannah, Enemy, etc etc


But what i find it compelling dear Cimiile is-- the manner you posed your survey question. Its very telling of the person you are, i dont want to opine on a deep analysis here--since i know your enemies' would read my definite tainting analysis.! Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing
