Dear Mr. AW

I have been giving this very difficult task by my tutor, I am supposed to compose 4000 words on a question which makes no sense to me, 'it is about Equity and its relationship with the Common Law', I have done all the reading I can and I am still struggling to get the gist of it. should I: (a) avoid the whole task and drop off college for good (b) pay some nerd to answer the blasted thing for moi (could cost about 1/3 of my monthly wages which I can ill avoid Sad (c) committ suicide? Very Happy

Your advice is welcomed.

Dear Abdi,

What is the difference between an isbaaro manned by HG and Abgaal?

How much $$ does an isbaaro manned by Sacad generate ........ let's say....... in half an hour?

Thank you

Dear Luugoyo:

A toll station generates revenues for the toll station operator. Revenues collected ensure the upkeep and security of the road. For more information about toll stations, please google it.

A Sacad toll station can generate $1,000 per hour during peak traffic. However, a toll station operated by an Abgaal at the Port of Mogadishu generates $10,000 per hour. A Majeerten toll at the Port of Bosaso can gross $15,000 per hour. A Murusade at the Mogadishu Airport Toll & Visa can raise $20,000 per hour.

Sincerely,

Abdi

Dear Lord Diplock,

Honesty is the best policy. Do not dig yourself into a deeper hole by commiting plagarism or risk the possibility of being told to write a longer paper if your tutor thinks you did a good job.

Law may not be your field and this paper is an illustration of your weakness in law.

Sincerely,

Abdi

AW

I have to say I find your 'advice' astonishing and of no use at all, for you to comment that 'law may not be my field and this paper is an illustration of my weakness in law' is nothing short of contempt you have for my abilities. I was expecting some sort of sothing words to comfort me in my hour of need but not a short rebuked. I have say, as a potential client in your counselling office, I am disappointed and damn angry.

Dear LordDiplock,

Say if I had mislead you into believing that you were lawyer material and encouraged you to cheat or plaigarism and your tutor gives you excellent marks on that paper. Now the tutor says in front of your class, Lord Diplock has done an excellent job and will now be in charge of writing a more complex paper on English law.

Now imagine the hole you have dug yourself into. It would be so deep and if you fail to meet your tutor's expection, your problems would have increase three fold. You would be accused of cheating; end up looking like a buffoon and possibly kicked out of college.

Honesty is sometimes the best policy.

Sincerely,

Dr. Abdiwahab, BSc, MA, PhD

I dont belie myself with the fantastically idea of me sitting high in Her Majesty's Court of Appeal or representing a paying client before the full chamber of the ECHR in Strassbourg saaxib, I am too old, uneducated, and dim witted to achieve that kind of accolade in this life, of that, I am fairly sure save Allah's grace.

My honest aim all along was to pass the LLB Law degree with a satisfactory mark, my first 2 years' result have pointing to a middle 2-1 result but that was hitherto to my encounter with the monster that is 'Equity' in third yr.

Thanks for your advice in respect of plagrialism, it is noted, but I dont think a Sacad should give advice on clean living and avoiding cheating or looting other's intellectual or chatel properties. Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing
