You are the same people who were arguing that I was qabiilist when I said the majority of the people occupying houses or buildings are internally displaced squatters. I didnÂ’t like the idea of rushing into returning properties because the resources of the courts are over stretched as it is. I donÂ’t think they have enough resources to handle all the cases and the bulk if not all of the internally displaced people in xamar are from the bay and bakool region. They obviously canÂ’t go back to their homes for obvious reasons. There has to be a social system in place to resettle those people before anything can be done.
The magistrates are just doing their job and I suppose they are hoping the other wings of the UIC and the Somali public will deal with the affects of the decision. IÂ’m sure if those people protest reasonably the courts will compromise and come with a more workable solution.
