TZ Somali,
SOmali politics will remain as it is now till a New Somaliman steps on the political scene.
''You tribal politics no one is an absolute friend and every one is a loyal to the interest of her or his tribe.''
Your analysis is so far true, but if that is the reality of Somali politics isn't it better for every clan to start doing someting for themselves without intervering with other clan's business? Only when we live peacefully with each other can we trust each other again, so the boundaries of every clans are clear and every clan should do the best it can for their clan's interest without crossing the RED LINE, that is endangering Somali General Interest and Security. Like for example calling the aid of our arch-enemy Ethiopia.
As Somalis, Ethiopia was for centuries our enemy and still is and will be in the future. So inviting Ethiopia to aid you with silly clan affaires at the expense of the General Interest of Somalis is someting every Somali clan should never consider as an option.
If they do, there should be punishment on that particular clan or group within clan...like isolation from the rest of Somali society.
This bottom-up approach is the only viable option than the usual top-down approach of inviting political opportunists and warlords to a foreign country in order to represent their respective clans and then form a government which supposedly should represent all Somalis while Somalis are divided along clan borders etc.
