BTW the UN ambassador of Somalia is a Hawadle guy and many other ambassadors will be from a wide range of qabiils and ages just like ministeries etc

Abdi it wouldnÂ’t be too surprising though. They have more unqualified people as ministers. You have to admire him for coming up with a figure like $15billion to establish leadership....he would fit right in with the TFG.
