Exactly why I told you to go back and re-read whatever history book you may have got hidden somewhere... or else borrow some in your nearest library.

Look @ the Isaaqs, they blame the current leaders for their current problems. They administer their own lands, set up their own system.

Judging by that, I believe the Govt. was wrong in some of the things they did, and I would have advised Siad Barre to include more of them in the Govt. instead of focusing only on the South.
