Best University in Canada?
Which one is it? I have never heard of any good Universities being in Canada. Also I wanted to ask. Does York University have an open acceptance policy? I ask because even my high school drop out cousin that moved to Canada recently tells me he attends York University and he really does.

GREAT Universities here. Most uni's here have an open policy, to some extent. Admittance is determined for the most part on marks, (more stringent than those easy ass SAT's Yank's write) but if your cousin is a "mature student status" (19+. Out of school two years) then he will only have had to write (and pass) an aptitude test, and pay the fee. It's a way of making post secondary education available to those who may have missed out. Unlike the US, we believe in offering post sec to everyone.
