^^ nice one. Laughing

Well, incidently, those who had Daarood connections like Samatar did well under Afwayne. Laughing
Both my parents were college graduates, Daarood did nothing for them. Its not my fault. My father was well off by the time Siyad Barre came into power. People like you and Cumar Carte did well under him literally.
Ouch.

One wisdom I will pass on to you my son: Never drink cheap supermarket brand bourbon!

That is what I did and I forgot to quote the bleeding joke about marrying a Daarood girl didnt I?

Awsome to see more ports in Somalia.

The more ports, the more competition, the more competition, the more we will hear people say " ONE DHOLLA, PAHLEASE, I GIVE U .50 CENT" YOU COME BACK NOW.............lol........

seriously, all the best luck to Las Qorey Port Project.

It is not the last of ports, we've the longest coastline's, inorder to satisfy our landlocked neighbours, and the booming import/export global trade's, we outta have at least 100 ports.................. Very Happy

^Last time I heard, Mareexaan built the road to bosaaso.

it wasnt even supposed to be included in it if marehan did not talk to barre and say are you trying to let "isaaq and hawiye control the country" by givin them the keys to transportation.

Italians built the Garoowe-Boosaaso highway and the Boosaaso port. The first was one of the most expensive projects in Somali modern history. The latter not even finished, there were three phases and only two were completed before the civil war erupted. This mega-project was like Berbera not negotiable where it will be implemented. The Italians had this idea to implement this project in this location worked out, Barre only had to sign the papers. A lot of Majeerteens have done some extensive lobbying for this in Rome and Mogadishu.

FYI, we Majeerteens are not like Isaaqs Dawladsade. We take the good with the bad, we appreciate the good things Barre has done for us, even after the fakked up shit we have been through. Even though we know the Italians built it, every MJ you'll see gives the glory to Siad Barre.
