These two subclans were the ones that started the civil war in their respective regions in central somalia further involving the rest of the somali clans in their petty differences.

These two clans are always the ones that any time the somali clans have any hope of a gaining peace they start formenting hate and distrust between the somali people.

If you just look at the past events closely you will notice that these two clans were the ones that welcomed and allowed the ethiopians to use their airport in central somalia to kill their somali brothers.

Walahi i think that if these two clans vanished over night the somali people would have a better and brighter future.

The names of these two clans are the Omar mahmoud of Mj and the other one is the sacads of Haber Gider.

yes Mr Idhocadde made msistakes in the past but the guy said that he regrets what he's done unlike Abdiqeybdid that sends messages to the somali people that he still seeks to setup roadblocks in mogdishio and continue the civial unrest of the somali people to line he's own pocket.

Mr Idhocadde has said that he is 100% behind law and order and he is extremely against any criminal activity such as setting up road blocks.

Don't spoil the noble memory of men like Sh. Shariif by talking of qabiil none-sense. The UIC was a movement of different clans, not just Hawiye. Personally, I supported the UIC because of their actions namely bringing peace & stability to the country, ousting the warlords, etc.

Maybe it was better for them to leave while people still held them in a positive light, before they started making mistakes and commiting horrible crimes against the people.

If you really want the truth, Hawiye and specially Habargidir are responsible of Somali people suffering and misery, decades of lawlessness and anarchy.

Till this day Habargedir have no desire for peace and reconciliation, you know why? because they have been illegally living in (Darod) properties for past 16 years and I guess is hard to give up some thing that is not yours, if we Somalis decide to forgive each other and every body takes back what he owned prior 1990 habergidir would be empty handed, therefore chaos, roadblocks, killing and looting is habargidir best interest.
