and then Lebanon (the Shia Hezbullah + the Alawis in the north VS the Sunni goverment +the sunni Lebnonese )

Pakistan (with all the bombing and killing and destruction of the holy places)

Yemen , the revolt of the Shia in the North (Saccda region) just today 5 yemeni policemen killed in that region

They are trying to crate friction among Muslims and exploit divisions to keep Muslims from advancing and stop the spread of the deen.

Nothing new. Muslims have been fighting among themselves for 1400+ years.

The reasons for this conflict are mutli-fold.

1. You have some Muslims who believe that using violence outside of state control in the name of Islam is legitimate. To them, targetting people they consider "heretics", that is, those who are practicing the religion in a "wrong" way, is completely legitimate.

2. Iran right now is trying to gain hegemony over the Persian gulf. Iran's policy is the export of it's revolution, and Iran is well aware that the worlds economic well being flows through the gulf. Therefore, Iran wants to topple the governments on the Arabian peninsula and has the long range goal of pushing the US out of the region so it can control the gulf, and by doing so, elevate its power status (on a side note, the US sees what Iran is doing, and this could trigger a nuclear holocaust, but that's another story).

3. The war in Iraq has allowed the sectarian violence to move to a new level. The Gulf states fully intend to fight this Islamic civil war in Iraq, and will fund the Sunnis there - to the extent they are not already doing that. The Iranians will fund the Shi'ites, who, because they control the oil export, will also have enough funding to buy weapons. So Iraq is likely to become the main battlefield for this civil war which the Sunnis can not afford to lose.

the bottom line is that muslims will never accept the opnion/views of their bretherns let alone of non muslims. it goes like this if you say something of your religion you will be seen as a kufaar and ofcourse is it in the interests of the kufaars to see you divided they will find your weakness and in this case is it islam. the british used the same strategy as now when they had british somaliland khamiis inteey soo gaastaan and a long beard did they claimed that they saw the light and became muslims and today we muslims will think like mas'allah wuu soo muslimeey while in reality he could play with only to sucdeed his plan/agenda/stragegy.today they are doing the same in iraq and other islamic countries they know that shias and sunnies were divided and each of these groups believe in their own hadith sunnies got 4 shais i dont know.but whats worser we are blasting at kufaars but we will never look at our selfs did any of you condemmed the terrorists who were killing each other in dufar somalia iraq afghanistan iraq palastine?the answer is no but yet when the kufaar invades a islamic countries is it jihaad allah akbar death to kufaar. but do any of you know that excely muslims are supporting this war you know countries like iran syria? like mad said iran is arming shais, syria and arab countries sunnies.nowonder why god punished us this is what god use to warned us against it you know beeing a hypocrite but yet we dont know our religion.
