That would rock! I could go to K'ebri Dehar right now with that kind of money and do some real infrastructure work there.

MadMAc;

Thats the birthplace of my grandmother.

If I won that money, I would rebuild Hobyo and all of the lower region of Mudug.

With the money left, I would also help Wajiir get better infrastructure.

Hobyo is in pretty good shape. But I'll bet there are some things you could do there. I've always wanted to go there, but with the Sa'ad running the show, and me being an American soldier, it just didn't seem like a good idea.

MadMac:

Just let me know, and I will ensure nothing happens to you.

After all, being a guest, you are accorded protection.

I am putting a plan in the works to rebuild my grandfather's houses in the town & setting up a small hotel resort out there. It would be catered for those tourists who love to go to crazy/dangerous places in the world: extreme tourists:

MUDUG: A TASTE OF THE WILD WEST IN AFRICA

Come see the frontier. Explore the wilds of Somalia. Fish, hunt, dive in pristine unspoilt natural beauty.

Mad,

Thats part of the appeal. There is a small dirt airstrip on the outskirts. Visitors could also come down by way of the sea.

OK, Abdi Wahab, you ever set up a tourist destination in Hobyo, you tell me how to get there, and I'll come out. Deal!
