Suppose you are seeing this chick (for ladies, substitute "guy" in the chick word) who is perfect, absolutely gorgeous in the sense of the word, she looks as if all her body parts were hand picked, perfected and precisely positioned in the right place, you couldn't believe your luck in being in a relationship with such stunning beauty. As time goes by, she finally decides to reveal the secret of her beauty and it's none other than being under the scalpel of a plastic surgeon, and not once, nor twice but numerous times, basically, she was "made" by the PS. Would that discourage you from pursuing that relationshp any further, troubled by the potentiality of her falling apart at a later stage?

Yeh if she's fake all over and in every part she will fall apart sooner or later or would need constant surgery or medication, cosmetics, to keep her in that state.

Sometimes It's all about body proportions. If your Russian girlfriend went under the knife to obtain the perfect proportions, then I think it's ok. She will need you to be there, when all crumbles down.

If I were a man I wouldn't be happy to know that...But then when one is in love I don't think he/she will care about that..Love is blind and sometimes deaf... So it all depends the situation of the person...
