Have You Kept Your New Years Resolutions ????

I had two:

1. To stop smoking
2. To be monogamous


I have been able to kick the smoking habit since December 31, 2006. Its 43 days since I last smoked.

The monogamous one is a little more difficult.

No...I'm still here.

Mine were:

1. Lose weight

2. Go one day without calling someone any variation on idiot, stuipid, moron, lout, nincompoop, barbarian, phillistine, neanderthal, vagabond, vandal, hoodlum, and maniac.

3. Refrain from saying 'Dear Mary'.

One is going alright. Five Kilos in the last two weeks.

Two has failed miserably. I'm surrounded by incompetents, nincompoops and worse, and I frequently resort to the verbal abuse unconciously. Need to break this bad habit, lest I call my boss drooling incompetent neanderthal. Also use them indearingly, funnily enough.

And I totally forgot about three until now.

So, its going badly, as always.

The doonitan was good. His future in laws seem like decent people except they couldn't tell the difference between us since we are twins. The wedding is for this summer. I still can't believe it that my younger bro (by 7 minutes) is gonna get married. It just seems the other day when we would hit the town & chase women. Time flies.....

I have tried quitting smoking since I was 16 but now i feel that I have the motivation & ability to do so.

i feel like a new man. i am actually the better twin. i don't hide it unlike my lil bro who looks like angel but has the heart of an iblis.

We look so alike that even our g/friends used to get us confused. The worst part is when some chick that my bro met would ask why I don't call her or ignore her in public.
