Balaayo....

Folks,
As the Somali saying " Balaayo daaman la qabtay leedahay ee dabo la qabto ma leh"... Which we have its English version as, "prevention is better than cure" or " A stitch in time saves nine... I think it is easy to prevent people killing each other in clan welfare...
Why can't we hand the killer to the family of the guy he killed? Why can't we just treat him like what he is "A killer"?
I have seen in few instances that when the killer is handed to the family in which he killed from, how it saved so much revenge from the clan... Also I remember one time where a killer was immediately smuggled to Ethiopia... In that case the family of the killed man killed an innocent guy who happened to be the same clan as the killer..
Also, it just really annoys me when I read some people trying to ignite more fire into the war...When two guys fight why do some of us say immediately" Qabiil hebel and qabiil hebel fought'????
