There is nothing called "The blessing and support of the first wife" Actually the first wife is boiling inside and sad wallaahay...There was a case in which the first wife said Ok and she even offered to help them the first seven days( Toddoba Baxa) and she prepared the breakfast and everything. While they were in the table she just emptied and poured the hot tea from the thermos(Flask) into the head of the new one..

There was another case in which the older wife said when she was leaving them the first night as they(husband and the new wife) closed their door " Sariiraha uun ha jejebinina".... You think a sane person will talk like that? No walaal, walaahay they get insane and it isnot fair..

Just because it is permitted (religiously) doesn’t mean you have to do it.

Dealing with ONE woman is enough headaches for me. I rather cheat than having multiple wives with multiple problems. Life should be simple.

my dad told me that I can marry another wife without the first one knowing anything about it. my grandpa married a wife a couple of years ago without my grandma's knowledge and he divorced that new wife after a few years.
