I would rather be poor than being dabodhilif or a puppet of the west. They are not going to be extremely poor with the so called "sanction" since they have oil fields in their hands.

About the "drugs and prostitution" is limited in the Muslim countries not crazy as they do have in the west.

every country has them, but Iran is moreso a big problem. Though I don't know why people there use them in such huge numbers and become addicts

not only in iran. egypt has it worse n others like lebanon. theres many reasons why people are addicted to drugs. poverty is one of the reasons but the worse reason is coruption.
