Muslims having the cure for HIV

just saw on CNN patients who had taken the herbal medication and they claim to be so much better.

but this is Afrika so they might of been paid to get some attention

I have heard of that in Southern Africa... never West Africa though cause HIV/AIDs isn't as prevalent. (More Muslim nations maybe)

At its rate it will probably wipe off everything South of the Congo... smh
