Land in Ceerigaabo is inexpensive when compared with Hargeisa and Burco. What's important is where you buy the land, Ceerigaabo city limits is more expensive than out of the city like the lady in the video, her farm is on the outskirts of Ceerigaabo city. Most of the farms are family owned, I own a beeyo farm. Ceerigaabo just needs better road access. Everything else is just perfect.
