Do you own a villa in Hargeisa or other somali cities ?

I'm thinking about nice land like a mango plantation area or maybe a nice villa in Hargeisa or Burco

where is the best place to actually build a house in your city .
Like in Hargeisa I think jigjiga is nice neighbourhood alot of fine houses and overseas somali families live there , down is just to forget with those prices

The new town thats on all landers lips is Ceerigaabo.
With its cool temperature and beautiful nature around it has good potential.
I think its about 50 minutes by air from Hargeisa with daalo airlines


The best is to buy a chunk of land maybe around 2800 square meters and later build your own mansion or villa , oh yeah TIA

i don't know if i'm goin to buy or build yet, bossaso sounds good to me b/c of the obvious economic reasons, if kismayo is safe enough, i would like to go back and rebuild the house that i was born in. it's a good place to raise a family.

where in Hargeisa is sheekh mader Helwaa is it near the old Theatre building or airport ?

If I was a qaldaan, I'd build my house in Hargeisa and nowhere else in somaliland.

I'm planning to buy a large plot in Kismaayo, preferably the Farjano district in a few years time when the place settles a little bit. But I'll probably build a lot later, but land is important now. My relatives allready own large plots in and around Kismaayo, so I'm not in a rush to build.

the-screw, I'd recommend Kismaayo sxb. boosaaso is booming, but it's too crowded and hot.

However Ceerigaabo is the next big .
It has a decent population of about 100 000 and climate and nature fantastic .
But for investment yes Hargeisa is the place .

Prices rise every year.


why only Hargeisa spragga , why not Borama or Burco .

I just find hargeisa the most attractive place to live in in somaliland. the other cities in woqooyiga simply do not measure up.

kismaayo has a white beach to its east, endless savannah with wildlife to its west and south, banana and mango plantations to its north around the breathtaking delta, the ambiance of mombasa and the late mogadishu, friendliest somalis, investment opportunities (an international airport and port), close to kenya. you can drive to nairobi as it were.

let kista get its shit together and it will be amazing.
