The light less streets of xamar in the evenings is an advantage for the people as it gives them time to reunite draw a plan and even attack... as they know the city inside out ...but the once who need a map and full street lighting service is the ethios...
so yes the fighting does continue butt he enemy with draws as it knows it become vounrable when the lights are out..
