Galkacyo airport was built by Puntland and they righfully have their property but due to its location.. and the lack of Administration in the south when it was built.. they pay taxes... And soon the a financial transaction will be secured as Puntland Will be forced to move their services else were..

Liiqaye.... Las qoray is in Somaliland.. yet Puntland Has control over it.. and Ethiopians Are there Now... does this mean SL are poweless?
