I spoke to Galkacyo last night. There is strong debate among the Hawiyes in Mudug & Galgaduud about operation against Punaniland. There is a strong trend to going to war with Punaniland at a given time.

You guys need to place the initial squeeze & don't go soft on those Haartis like in 1991 when SNM failed to karbaash up into Majeertenia.

Isaaq and Warsangeli had a meeting today in Erigavo. Isaaq said don't let your troops get into Erigavo.

The Puntland Darwiish will takeover Erigavo if Somaliland attacks again. At the moment they are 30km away.

The Somaliland troops in Dhahar's vicinity are primarly composed of locals= warsangeli.
NO2/ People do not tend their goat and camels with their technicals and strapped .
No3/ Withdrawing from contact when overwhelmed by enemy fire in hostile territory is NOT a sign of cowardice but combat smartness.

There were less than 300 SL troops involved in the whole Dahar episode.
We were there supporting the warsangeli militia.

What makes you presume to talk about Ceerigabo which is Isaaq degaan?

the Peace in Ceerigabo is mostly in your interests, you cannot afford to stir up anytrouble in ceerigabo.
