the African union as well as international commnities are concerned about somalia's case for last 16 years. They are determined to save this country from the savagness.
To do this effectivel Mogadishu-the somali capital must be cleaned and the somali government must take effective control of mogadishu and reestablish good governance spearheaded by abgaal and puntland people then step by step educate local habar gidir retards
