If I were ever to venture to meet one Napoleon Bonaparte, it would be in the capacity of an Ottoman Ambassador. I'm not sure offending the Ottomans is a good move, as EVERYONE in Europe played nice with the Sublime Porte and its representatives. Ditto for Jefferson.

As for Emperor Meiji; we can all read Wikipedia articles Gurey, but this man was the Emperor in whose name Japan was modernised - somewhat. Give him a break.
