Allah post threads only.. ohh dear I remember sometime last year some of them were advising us on period pains and what to do.. goodness me we were told to eat more chicken and one of them advised us to have more bananas! bananas! We can't even discuss important private topics like breast cancer and the importance of checking for lamps... you say lamps and Advo will say 'let me see that' Advo will volunteer to examine you ... so really is a lost argument.

Foxy checking lumbs should be done privately, every women/gurl should do this test about once a week, if any dectection accurs, doctors should be notofied even if it turns out to be pimples.

as for helwaa....I was in this section when u were looking after goats in baadiyo

goodness me this is what I'm talking about.... god forbid you say there is something he will ask 'is it round big or small" then a diagnose will follow!
