Self defence classes

Have any of you sistas taken any self defence classes or considered taking them?

Yeah I signed up for martial arts classes, so far I have learnt that to learn anything you have to attend the classes so when I do I will let you know more.

It's a group thing at uni, man these days are flying! I'll start attending from next term inshallah before I finish my course

My self defence classes were the in the form of learning to fight out noogies from my brothers.
And learning a mans weak points...did you guys know that going for the nuts is not the only place that can bring a man down in 5 seconds flat? lol

You can punch their adams apple
You can use ur elbow on the lower part of their back
