Grand Theft Auto is the worst. First time I saw it I was horrified, to get points you have to beat up random people and steal and they wonder why crime rates are high. Having a story line and a cool dialogue doesn't make it ok to take part in a game where the sole purpose is to kill. It's not healthy. Studies have been conducted on this, it changes how you think, how you behave and ultimately what you think is right and wrong.
sole purpose of the game isn't to kill or rob, there's a lot more to it!

there's different missions in line of a story

and the studies are bollocks... no game wanted me to shoot someone or hijack a car

Grand theft auto is the best game there is, was and ever will be.

Thats one of the only games you could do whatever you want story line or not, everything was possible from: Stealing cars, running over civilians, beating up random strangers, stealing from the poor, shooting random people, burgling houses, blowing up tanks, killing the police, taking out the army, running a gang and being the boss of a gang, sleeping with hookers and then killing that hooker to get the money you just payed her back
In that guy you could seriously do everything and anything. There wasn't a thing you couldn't do.

This hit the nail on the head, vile games used for entertainment and accepted as normal. It's disgusting.

Fah quit trying to excuse these games I've seen GTA it's horrible. If someone plays such games long enough it's only a matter of time before it starts to affect them psychologically and emotionally.

^^

Yea its Call of Duty that He's hooked to. His Mom doesn't let Him play any video games, and even cut off her cable on purpose so thats Why I let Him play. I probably should stop though as to not frusturate His Mom's efforts.

this game would only influence our youngsters to persue warlordism as a career.

Hell yea it's part of growing up. I played gun games and other violent street racing video games. They won't actually do it, if they do... waa iska caadi they'll face the consequences. Everything can't be all nice and dandy growing up. If you teach your children to be SUPER nice and preach that there is peace all around the world and that everyone is nice, what exactly are you teaching your kids? To be naive? Let them learn, HARD!
