do they exist that much?

Postby sahal80 » Tue Oct 08, 2013 7:51 am

A few years ago the majority of the urban girls(mostly the students) in syria, turkey, egypt and north africa except lebya were not wearing hijab

There were no differences beween those countries streets and these of the west

actually back in the 90s and mid-2000s a woman who is wearing hijab was considered to be from the lower classes

i was back then watching this tv where an egyptian girl who smokes says i dont do it in front of men wearing jalaabiya( the traditional outfit of the egyptian men)

Somalia was different since the 90s also women had some traditional dress including headscarf however, there might have been some upper class women culture in somalia back in the 80s among the families in the govt I also heard these families use to drink khamr

Now there was this ex minister(from tfg), with his friend...some one has asked his friend who is she?(A tres chic girl that was with the ex minister and his friend) his friend says: she is(mentions her name) the older daughter of(mentions the ex ministers name)

The girl was a non hijabi but the way his friend was introducing them gives you the bigger picture of this class to the point that you would think of the ex minister bieng a pimp/qawaad :russ:

back to our question now: the occasians we see the aomali women not wearing headscarf are like in the weddings, in wajibook, these are not regular however there are in my opinion three groops of non hijabi somali women

1-artists
2-some intellectual girls(i understand the ones who work for the somali societies)
3- some girls who are from official families

lastly this topic is not anti-non hijabi and my joke about the ex minister is about his open culture wich is common in the west I'm just asking...

anyways do they exist out of these cercles?

In My books, A women who is not Wearing Hijaab is Qaxbo or a hawker and has not dignity and class. She only deserve to be talking to Low dignity Somali men like the Shiisha Smokers, The Fornicators, the HIV Infected ones and the Khat Jewers and the non-Salah guys.

Allah ayaan kamagan galnay naag aan xijaabnayn in aan Jid laistaagno or Lahadalno. She will lower my sharaf in public and do not want to be next to her when allah's angels are cursing Naclad on her. Maybe some of the Naclad will fall on me.
