I want to start the 30 day shred challenge kow dheh, if you are not familiar with this challenge there are 3 levels, u do each level for 10 days. For example ..level 1 u do it for 10 days straight ..then u move on to level 2 etc. Who wants to embark on this journey with me? Anyone? Anyone? I feel like if I have a fellow sister thuggin it out with me i'll be more determined and stay motivated.

Update on my calool struggle, I am noticing a difference eating like a rabbit helps and I've been also hitting the gym 4 times a week, but now I am getting bored and need to change it up hence the challenge. Lets get shredded ! :stylin:

I'll will join you missbonita if you agree to a few things. This maybe 30 day challenge for you. I would like to do major work challenge for 6-7months. Then after that my goal is always live a healthy fitness lifestyle. Give me 2-3weeks to get ready. I have a foot problem now. So when I am ready will post my workout plan.i want you to agree to the following:
1.we update each other once a week in this thread
2. We support each other until until we both satisfied *in otherwords you may reach goals before me so I would appreciate if you contonue to cheer me and bug me if I start to get lazy *

Actually the foot thing isn't a big deal. It's a easy to fix issue

I would also like to thank you for starting this challenge. I am going to fully take advantage of this thread and you.inshallah the next time I post in this thread I will have a work out plan I am comfortable with And I will post it

I want to start making goals.

My September Plan

I have decided I am going to join a women’s gym near my work place. I will check the place this coming Tuesday and see what they have to offer.
I will invest in good pair of runners. The pain in my feet have decreased drastically so I will start walking outside more For September.

My October Plan

- is to start the gym and use something like a Elliptical trainer, the arc trainer, stationary bike, stair-master/stair mill. I will also try weight training

My goal is to update my plan and progress at the beginning of every week inshallah. So I think my next update should be on Sept. 28. I think I may add more to the plan by then.
