yea but i thought it would be fun to go to the classes with friends....it seems like a lot of fun...plus its a workout so yea.You can do basic mobility and flexibility routines at home. All you need is 30-45 minutes and a little room.any of you guys try yoga classes? and zumba? i wanted to check them out and add it into my workout schedule.
i do some yoga at home but i lack the motivation...id feel less silly in a class full of people doing that and an instructor and my girls with me.
