I BOUGHT MYSELF A BIKE. The bike, helmet, lock, Tons of necessary accessories. Man it was expensive but so worth it. They had to set it up to cater to my wants and needs. It's at there store and I can pick up. I rented the bike and it was awesome

I have been so good last couple of weeks.I think i will continue doing what i do best.Yoga/Pilates were always my thing for sanity.

Successfully losing the vacation weight.

I will update tuushi
I was on my bike for about a few hours sight seeing. I think I appreciate my city a lot more know. I think I discovered some dream potential neighbors. Wow some people homes are off the hook. Near a lake. Near a hospital. These places had all these little cute shops and restaurants. These neighborshood I found are something else. I can have a canoe and house by lake a have all this stuff around it. man oh man. my mind is swimming

I even picked up grocery items. Man it rained hard and then it even snowed. I was so wet. I need a rain jacket. But I still had so much fun.

MujahidAishah I buy loads coconut oil of that too. Definitely use it on eggs.

Tell me about how to use it on the salad dressing

hey ladies:)

i found a goodie tool.

I learned from working on being healthy. I like variety. Just do activities that are enjoyable and I will keep going .

My favorite new variety is gaia.com. tip from a naturopathic dr
it offers fitness vidoes
yoga, pilates, weight training, kickboxing, tai chi etc

love it because it can work with your schedule. whenever you want you watch video.
