How to get rid of whiteheads

Ladies my whiteheads are becoming unbearable I need something to get rid of them. I can't do extraction I'm too much of a fuulyaad to DIY it.

I've done exfoliation but they are not budging they have gathered around my nose I swear they are taunting me

Scientific term is whitehead.

It does but some people can't wait. I remember going to Mac to buy make up and I had a whitehead and the make up artist was like that is ready to be popped. f-king nutter. Why would I do such a thing? It will go away on it's own.

Well I use dab of rubbing alcohol for any pimple maybe that is bit hard but it clears it after a day.

Walahi i've only been doing my new regimen for like a week and i've already seen a vast improvement.

My only problem is sebaceous filaments:
